Senior Hurling Team Success in the SHC Round Robin

You may have seen from the results tab, that Ballycran’s Senior hurling team have now progressed through to the final of the Down SHC Championship and once again meet Portaferry to set up a similar encounter as last September.

Vipers penalty save

Leading by six points early in the second half Ballycran's Stephen Keith pulls off a stunning penalty save from Ballygalgets Gareth Johnson. It was the first of two second half saves that kept Ballycran on course for a defence of their title, with time almost up Keith made another spectacular save from Gerard Roddy to maintain their three point advantage and ensure that they will meet Portaferry in two weeks time in the County Senior Final.
