The 11 aside Minor camogie blitz, being held in Ballycran on Saturday 19th October, will start at 11.00am sharp and all girls should be at McKenna Park for no later than 10.30am please.
The 4 confirmed teams are Ballycran, Newry, Leitrim and Dromara.
Each team will get to play each other once and then the top 2 and the bottom 2 will play off for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. There will be a cup for 1st , 2nd and 3rd and a small momento for all involved on the day to take home.
All matches will be 15 minutes each way, with a 15 minute break between each match.
All matches will be finished for around 2.30pm. We will then serve tea and sandwiches in the hall for all the teams and around the same time, conduct a short presentation for the prizes. The entire event should be finished for around 3.00pm.
An event organiser from the Club will send out a message over this weekend to see who can help with the catering, as well as asking parents to volunteer with setting up tables, making and serving refreshments, washing up and putting the tables away again.
