It’s another opportunity to jump into our time travelling machine and remind ourselves of what we managed to get up to in the sunny weekends and evenings of 2016.
On this occasion, we were attending a Blitz in Portaferry on a sunny day. The kids literally had a ball, the event was well organised and the hospitality second to none. Great memories and we hope more to come!
Then we jumped onto the boat and sailed for Newcastle via Strangford where Ballycran played against Bredagh in the Intermediate Hurling Championship. Bredagh eventually lifted the cup but not before Ballycran were finally beat by an incredible sliotar bounce at Declan Ennis’ goalmouth that took everyone, including the forward by complete surprise to end up in the net. Some you win, some you lose.
