The last All County U12 Camogie blitz was hosted on Saturday 17th September in Liatroim Fontenoys. An early morning chilly breeze was eventually superseded by warm sunshine and throughout the day, there was an abundance of pleasant warmth from both the weather and our hosts.
This was a well organised event with teams limited to nine aside, 10 minutes per game and play was co-ordinated using a hooter system. Ballycran travelled with numbers sufficient to offer two teams into groups A and B.
Group A played against Portaferry, Kilcoo and Liatroim, whilst group B played against Clonduff, An Riocht and Liatroim. Our thanks to Liatroim for the hospitality and appreciation to the other teams for travelling and making this such a memorable day.
